We're extremely proud to announce the promotion of Lex Hade to Director of User Experience (UX).
Lex has brought an extraordinary level of depth and thoughtfulness to our client deliverables, helping to ensure that institutional goals and user needs are aligned. Her passion for creating intuitive user experiences has already informed so much of the web development work we've done over the past 18 months, but it's only scratching the surface of what's to come. Plus, she's an absolute joy to work with.
Lex is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design where she earned her B.F.A. in Painting. She credits the practice of watching people interact with paintings and seeing what they like and dislike to enhancing her ability to observe users navigate websites and web applications.
Reporting to Lex is the newest member of the SimpsonScarborough team, Tim Meyer! Tim joins us as a Junior UX Strategist and a key member of our rapidly growing digital team. He has a passion for creating efficient designs in order to solve complex problems (and making the world a little more user-friendly).
Tim is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he earned his B.A. in History and lives in San Antonio, TX. Outside of work, Tim enjoys documentary films, baking, typography, and long-distance running.
