Kristie has a passion for the “it can’t be done” marketing challenges. For over a decade, she has worked with healthcare professionals and higher ed experts from Seattle to Silicon Valley, helping institutions develop their marketing strategies and effectively hone their brands. She serves on the National D&I Committee for the Public Relations Society of America. Prior to SimpsonScarborough, Kristie served as a Communications Director at the University of Kentucky and Co-chaired the College of Pharmacy's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Taskforce.
Director of Communications, University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy
Rosa is responsible for managing the communications office and setting the college-wide communications and marketing strategy for the University of Kentucky's College of Pharmacy. She brings several years of experience in alumni relations and most recently served as the Director of Alumni Relations, also in the College of Pharmacy. Rosa received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education Administration from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.

Eryka is a passionate and curious communicator, committed to inclusive excellence. She does not believe in half-baked efforts and finds that the best ideas happen in diverse and inclusive environments. Eryka is committed to creative problem solving and challenging the status quo, which are building blocks to strategic marketing and communications. Wallace has a master’s degree in strategic communications and leadership and has served in numerous roles, including Marketing Strategist at Clemson University in South Carolina.
