We're extremely proud to announce the promotion of three of our team members: Kristen Creighton, Chelsea Woodard, and Steven Lovern. At SimpsonScarborough, our core values — authenticity, confidence, high-performance, independence, enthusiasm & collaboration — shape who we are and how we work together. These individuals embody those values and help us continually challenge ourselves to set the bar higher.

Kristen Creighton has been promoted to Vice President of Accounts. Previously AVP of Accounts & Strategy, Kristen has been with us for five years and has played an integral role in deepening our research and strategy deliverables, strengthening our relationship with clients across the industry, and mentoring the next generation of leaders at our agency. She's an invaluable member of our leadership team and the ideal person to oversee the growth of our Accounts division.

Chelsea Woodard has been promoted to AVP of Operations. Previously our Director of Operations, Chelsea has been with us for seven years and recently earned her PMP Certification. Bringing structure, organization, and process into our work has enabled the agency to deepen the quality and thoughtfulness of our client deliverables and improved collaboration across all divisions. She's also played a key role in advancing our agency culture in pursuit of our ultimate goal of being the best place anyone's ever worked.

Steven Lovern has been promoted to Account Director. Previously one of our Strategists, Steven has been with us for three years leading complex client engagements and continually surpassing expectations. Steven serves on our people & culture committee and is well-loved for his penchant for organizing team happy hours. He holds a B.A. in Government and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, both from William & Mary, which has shaped his passion for the intersection of higher education & public policy.
